Knew whatever wod I picked today wouldn’t even come close to old score. Wanted to do fitness but wanted something a little longer. This one just threw another glaring alarm on my engine. That’s what happens when you’re old and take a month off, lol! It’ll come back. Splits: 1:07-1:35-1:50-1:46-1:46-1:40-:19 To be fair I would’ve been rebounding box jumps in 2013. But no excuses. Jumped up, stepped down. Unbroken but rested between each round.
