I did the hand release push ups...I didn't get a lot of ring dips when I was practicing them so I didn't want to do them in the WOD, gotta practice those! Went unbroken on set 21 and 9 of power cleans..broke up set 15 in 7,5,3 hrpu were broken up in no specific pattern....the set of 15's were the worst! Good WOD!!!
