Huge PR!!! Almost 6 minutes! Dips felt way better this time around! Weighted bar dips are paying off! Gotta get better at kipping them, they're still kind of strict... Cleans unbroken dips for the set of 21 were 7/5/3 then 2's after that I did 3's and 2's until I had to drop to singles... everything felt slower because of yesterday but I reached my goal! Getting better!!! #gainz
