First time doing this RX'd! That was a good thing! The bad thing is not knowing how to kip the ring dips and basically doing them strict...thanks to Ethan and Christine for getting me through the WOD! Ethan showed me how to do kipping dips afterwards....going to work on those in the warm up....Just glad I made it through and now I know what it feels like....cleans were quick and unbroken...super easy...just gotta get the kipping ring dips down...this reminds me of the first time I did Diane...it took me a long time then I got a huge PR the next time I did it....I know the next time I do this...I will be much better at the ring dips!
