#thecomeback #rebuildingthebutter This was a partner WOD with Jeremy...I almost died. Split the reps in half other than a few rounds where Jeremy did more burpee pull ups while I gasped for air. Couldn't run for crap after 10 minute mark. Back was lit up afterwards but not painful. I think I'm on the right track.
