Notes

Not good, did less then last time. Didnt feel the energy level to push faster. Right leg started giving me issues on the box jumps and couldn't get the rhythm to jump up down then right back up. Legs just felt thrashed. Need to refocus on my eating habits....need to do Paleo 100%. Next time, 8 rounds.
