Notes

This was a WOD where you just had to keep moving! Overhead squats were good! Went unbroken on the first 21, lost balance on 8th rep of my set of 15's so I dropped the bar and then finished out the 7 and then did my last set of 9....for burpees I did 11/10, 9/6 and then 9....quad burner!!! But I'm getting better!
