Very happy with this!!! Almost a minute PR!!! Last time I had to break up my ohs on the set of 15 and I rested on my burpees....this time I just kept moving and didn't stop on the burpees and didn't break up the ohs...gotta get faster at burpees and get back on the bar faster! Very happy with this!
