SCs 10-10-5, 6-6-6-6-6, 5-5-5-3-2-3-4-3. Quads tired not back in heels enough. Tried to break up pull-ups into 5s...hit or miss but all were butterfly. Yay!!! So hot on runs. Walked just a smidge on the last run. Happy with this. Next time want to be able to prescribe.
