3 rounds. Only 20 doubles since I'm still struggling with them, but was able to get a big set each round. Box jumps were tough and stepped down for each and tried to do sets of 10s and 5s. 35# KB swings were unbroken and really had to push myself to keep going. Left leg and foot started getting tight and hurt so bad that I had to stop after the 3rd round.
