3 rounds. Only 20 doubles since I'm still struggling with them, but was able to get a big set each round. Box jumps were tough and stepped down for each and tried to do sets of 10s and 5s. 35# KB swings were unbroken and really had to push myself to keep going. Left leg and foot started getting tight and hurt so bad that I had to stop after the 3rd round.

    Only did 3 rounds. Finished round 2 at around 11:00, but took really long breaks during the 3rd round because of stomach cramps. Was hoping to do strength today, but my body had other plans. Getting better at double unders again, got 29 in first round. Still stepping down on box jumps to save my leg. KB swings were unbroken in first round.

    20 DUs, 20# box jump, 35# KB. Was hoping to stop after 3, but I guess Jake couldn't let me go easy two days in a row. Still feeling sick and didn't get a lot of sleep last night. Double unders were really tough today and my legs hurt so bad that I did one at a time during one round. Able to get 20 unbroken in 4th round though and that helped with my time a lot.
