Lifters, no belt until 120. Started at 65 and went up by 10’s until 115, then by 5’s. Resigned myself to just feeling it out based on my shoulder. Really happy to hit my previous 1RM; haven’t been able to for awhile. All lifts felt really good. Only failed 130 once, but barely. Got it the 2nd time and was satisfied to stop there.
