Just happy to workout 🥳 Got into the garage at 4 and had to be done by 4:30, didn’t have time to warm up to 105; even 95 felt heavy. Ego checked and went with 85... deadlifts 11/1 into 8/1 hang power cleans into 4/2 push jerks. I will RX DT again next time 🙂
