Ufff! Solo at the PD, 5 am... didn't get here as early as I'd hoped, so still rushed for time. Did 1st round at 105#, but just wasn't feeling right (not enough warm-up). Dropped to 95# for the remainder.... 11/1 deadlifts, into 8/1 hang power cleans, into 3/3 push jerks
