Have only done mu’s once since injury in August. Was scared to try but shoulder didn’t feel worse just hurt. Right arm was struggle bus out of the dip. Tried to stay on an emom. First run just under 2:00. Completed round at 9:15. Second run 2:00 and just finished and ran out to hit a 100. Got in right at the end. Happy to get some reps. Now to get back to work on them.
