Notes

Went 2 Rounds, then stopped. Left hip and calf were super tight. Followed that wIth a handful of squats with bar loaded and voodoo floss to loosen hip and calf, but still wasn’t pushing off correctly. Did with unloaded bar and decided that I was food for the day.
