Dead Lifts = 11/10, 8/7/9 HSPU = 11/10, 8/5/2, 5/2/2 No rep'd the 8th rep of last set. Feet came off of wall. Otherwise I would have gone sub 4. Next time, I know I can push the dead lifts and finish the HSPU faster. Very happy with this one.
