Terrible time but huge PR to finally get this perscribed! DL 11-10/8-7/9 Took them easy to save for the HSPU. Screwed myself over on HSPU by doing large sets with 11-5-3-2/7-3-3-2/then took 3min for the last 9 which I can't remember the break down. Number of failed reps in the last nine. Need to work on my kip.
