Major goal of this WOD: gain confidence in HSPU. Originally planned on 15-9-3 for HSPU but ended with 15-5-3. Just couldn't get anymore by the second round but by the third got the last three in a row. DL easy with 11-10, 8-7, 6-3. Did both kipping & strict on HSPU. Kipping helped a lot b ut fell off the wall so many times that I had to go with strict for quite a few. Next time Rx'D!
