Subbed in push-ups for hand stand push-ups. Dead lifts went 10-6-5 for the first round 5-5-5 for the second and 5-4 for the last round. Like usual, took way too much rest between lifts. Other than my hands feeling like they'd been under some stress I didn't feel like I did a workout when I finished. Just need to push harder next time!
