Very scary workout for my back. Glad Jackie told me she felt all back so I could trust that everyone was feelin it, too. Couldn’t push the box jumps today, that impact was just a biiiit too much. Deadlifts were also perfectly pinned against my thighs and didn’t sprint those till the end. Happy with this!
