Notes

Mental grind right from the start. Had 30 excuses of why I couldn’t PR and why I should slow down and why couldn’t keep my pace and blah blah blah. Late night and long day at the gym. Snapped out of it. Kept pushing. Reminded myself that I’m fast and started chasing people down in front of me. Tweaked my neck a little on the second round of deads. Otherwise handled them. Pushed the pace and transitions. Gnarly dry heaving after the workout. Splits - 4:31, 4:59, 5:05, 5:03, 4:51. 30 seconds on the last round and got the deads, push ups, and flipped over for 1 sit up with no abmat haha count it! Good grind.
