Notes

Was scared to not get enough warm up so just kept throwing on plates. Lift before 285 felt heavy but don't know what weight it was. Tried 290 twice. First time it didn't budge. Second it got about an inch up. Put belt on at 215. Added up plates when I got home and think I actually lifted 295. Jeremy had said it was 285 and I went with it, but after adding the plates on the calculator I think it was 295. Which will be awesome if I can hit 300 next time!
