Very happy with my push on this considering my hand situation. KB round 1-4 went 17-13. Round 5: 12-10-8. Pull-ups rounds 1-2: 13-10-7. Ripped at the end of round 2 but it kept getting worse each round and by round 5 bleeding all over the place. Round 3 went 7-5-5-7-6 and round 4 did 6-6-6-6-4-2. Round 5 was the worst...bleeding everywhere just did what ever I could. Last round of pull-ups took a really long time. Pull-ups felt really good prior to ripping. Excited to see what I could do if my hands would hold up. Run splits 4:00/4:20/4:41/4:28/4:25.
