Runs: 3:57, 4:41, 4:51, 4:43, 4:34. Inside: 4:08, 5:14, 5:57, 5:57, 4:56. A lot of rest on breaks. Light headed on inside stuff rounds 3-5. KBS 15-15 first round then 12-10-8. Pull-ups 12-10-8. Ripped round 2 and 4. Used grips starting round 2. Overall pretty happy with this. Excited my pull-ups held out and was able to stick to the game plan on those.
