Notes

Happy with this! KBS 8-8-7-7 all rounds. Pull-ups rounds 1&4 were 5s. Rounds 2&3 were 8-7-5-5-5. Tore really bad in 2 spots on the fourth round so round 5 was all over the place. 5s and then 3s, 2s and a couple singles. Runs were slowish but pretty steady. Too much rest during the breaks. Next time would like under 50 minutes on this.
