Happy with this. Lifetime PR, all unbroken. Some breaths between movements. 3:47 row. Started at 1:40 pace for about 400m then gradually slowed down to just under 2:00. Not too dead after, maybe could have push a little more but wasn't sure how the pull-ups would feel. They felt great though.
