39 second PR!! 🤗💪🏼 Only 6 months since I last did this... Crappy day to start. Completely out of pre/post-WOD protein, completely flat car tire, got to the gym super late, only had 20 minutes start to finish 😩 Picked this workout bc of time restrictions... Same as last time with 6 TNG to start, then fast singles. Had Garry counting and yelling, def picked the bar up faster this time. No wraps, no belt, no lifters. Fran cough ✔️
