Did this after the wod...bad idea!! I was already tired going into this...no PR, but everything was unbroken except for knees to elbow...those are still the toughest movement for me but I was able to go 4/3 for a few rounds then dropped to 3/2/2...I'm just glad I finished haha...Happy birthday Hap!
