Time cap of 30 minutes and I started on the minute so I only went for 29 minutes.... I completed 4 rounds+ 7 hspu + 7 thursters + 7 knees to elbow + 7 deadlifts + 2 burpees.....Happy birthday Hap! Next year I will finish this WOD! This was horrible! It's going to take me a year to recover from this! Craziness! Why am I friends with Chris Hapner?
