OMG!!! I can't even contain my excitement!!! Last year when I did this...I had only 29minutes and I could only get 4 1/2 rounds...this time I FINISHED 5 rounds in 26 minutes! We only had about 45 minutes to do this wod and I didn't think I would finish...I totally surprised myself today...everything unbroken except for pull ups and knees to elbow....but huge improvements in those two areas...I did butterfly pull ups the whole time and the last round I did my butterfly pull ups unbroken...knees to elbow were done in 2 sets as oppose to a bunch of singles! I seriously can't believe it! What a difference a year makes! Happy birthday Hap!!!
