I think I've managed to get 5 or 6 workouts in the past month. And only 1/2 of one in the past 12 days. I can feel myself being deconditioned. So I treated this like my first day back. Paced myself, aiming for 15 rounds. With seven minutes left I turned up the pace and got a few extra rounds in. Felt good all-in-all.
