Just got back from vacation. Only finished 5 rounds. Unbroken for air squats and lunges. Push-ups 2-3 at a time. The first round was 4 at a time. Those push ups were tough but kept going. I wanted to go down to my knees but held strong on full push ups. Runs were slow and legs were dying after all the air squats and lunges. Thanks to Wendy for pushing me through that last run. That was killer with the heat.
