Ran with Christina at Upland gym route. Haven't ran any type of distance in over a year, so goal was sub 30 at a controlled pace. Hit Grove at 14.07 and felt great. Body wanted to go at about 10 mins in. Really excited about how good this felt, hoping this kicks off a couple 5k summer runs. Chasing sub 20!!
