Happy with this....30 seconds slower than my best but this is my first sub 8:00 mile in a very long time...I told myself to get uncomfortable and push....running is not easy for me and it will never be easy but I need to put more work in on running if I want it to get better...time to get more uncomfortable and make some running gainz!
