Wanted sub 15 but I'm not fit enough right now to go any faster on burpees. Stuck to plan on thrusters: 16/5-13/5-10/5-8/4-9-6-3. Maybe could've gone unbroken on 12's but started doing my famous 1 finger thrusters. Met my goals for the open all 5 WOD's Rx'd and down #10 pounds since the start of the open!! Now it's time to put in some work at this body weight.
