Told myself to get 6 rounds for at least the first round and I got it so I'm very happy! Pushed harder on the air squats...just went all out from the beginning...started to die on the last 2 cycles but I just kept pushing.....very happy with this...mainly muscled clean through the wod....only power cleaning towards the end of the cycle....push ups were mainly unbroken but had to break up a few sets...air squats were good...just tried to keep moving fast on those...stayed close to my bar to minimize transition time...happy with this!
