Notes

Rushed to 8 am Upland to avoid doing another long WOD alone. It's too soon to do that again! LOL :) Had a big group to chase on the run. 1 mile, 7:46 (Felt slow, but pushed hard. 9 seconds faster than 4 months ago, but 37 seconds off my PR). Du's were decent, mostly sets of 10. Walking lunges were "just keep moving." DL 15/8/4/3, 10/8/6/3/3. T2B were mostly 3's, but with a stop-swing. Jumped to a middle bar for burpee pull-ups.
