Notes

I never do well when running solo at longer distances but Really disappointed with this time. Ran a true mile on a regulated track (Upland hs). More importantly this time is a true reflection of where my fitness level is right now. Need to really step it up starting NOW. Losing that football weight (#198) wouldn't hurt either. Splits were 1.19/3.03/4.49/6.31. Don't think I started out too fast just need to be able to maintain a 1.30 tempo after first lap. Even though I hate running this distance I will be running this at least 3x a month.
