Omg that is always so awful! Feet were killing me but left shoes on. Got the start of a headache at the end. HR high 176 This was definitely the tightest squeeze of equipment ever! And yes dog was locked outside of box or it wouldn’t have happened. Went usually method of :30 work :30 extra rest. Too old for no rest!
