Felt like retesting a workout from early on in #thecomeback (post back-injury in late 2013). This one fit well into this week so went for it and smoked my previous even though this workout was already in the wheelhouse for me :) excited with how far I have come and how training is going so early in the season. 1st 100 DU unbroken and fast (0:59) then got the 3 RFT unbroken (1:05/1:31/1:43) and got through the last 100 DU in 2:00 (50-30-20 with a couple misses).
