Feeling pretty good about this considering how long it's been since I've taken on Helen. Runs were horrible, as usual, just kept pushing. Unbroken all kettlebells thanks to some encouragement. Push-ups were solid until the final round, then it was 4/4/2/2. As usual, need to work on building cardio.
