started 5lbs heavier, ended 5 lbs heavier....last time I wasn't able to get 120 for 3 reps...this time I got it! I got 125 for 2 reps....I had that 3rd rep and just lost it...I think I came forward....happy about how the weight is moving up....gotta stay in my heels!!!
