Started too light...didn't know where to start and whether or not I would be able to hang on to the bar for all 3 reps...this felt surprisingly good and as I warmed up the weight was flying up! missed my last rep at 120....I think I jumped too early...the weight was flying up...very excited about this...felt like I could have done more....this is not too far off my last 1 rep max of 140 so I'm very excited that I was able to do 3 reps without putting the bar down!
