started from the rack, no clean this time. again very slight pain lower rear of left shoulder during this wod. I just made sure to keep good form overhead, bar in line with shoulders and not out front. there was no sharp or nagging pain. this felt good after 3 weeks off. no noticeable knee pain this time either. warm up up.
