Notes

slight pain lower rear of left shoulder (armpit area) during 95# warmup. didn't keep me from increasing every round. left knee sore afterwards (did deadlift before this). noticed left shoulder pain was less when I made sure to have good form overhead, bar in line with shoulders and not out front. push was not as quick at 135#. could have added another 5#, maybe 10# reverse warm up. GM35#/Abmat/Push/Pull purple 16/16/16/7 1&2 16/16/16b/7b. shoulders still tight.
