felt good getting to higher weight, first time since shoulder & back injury. felt a bit of tightness in left shoulder at round 4, but not painful. used belt. left knee was a bit achy after, also did AS for first time in 2 weeks in warm-up. 1 rep max 150 after (130, 135, 140, 145) reverse warm up - AS/Abmat/Push/Pull purple 10/16/16/7, 10/16/16/7b, 10/16/16b/7b.
