This felt really heavy today. Only had 5 min to strip the deadlift bar and warm up, but we went from the rack today... Started at the same weight, but ended lower... 3 reps, 97.5# x 1 round, 100# x 2 rounds, 102.5# x 1 round, 100# (only 2 reps, couldn't lock out the 3rd rep), and 100# for last round (got all 3 reps)
