A bit better than last time for the most part. Hit 107.5 after, failed 110. Definitely one of my weakest movements, but light years ahead of 8 months ago when I couldn't do an overhead squat with a pvc pipe. Crossfit...Love it! Tried some shoulder taps after. Almost face planted after two and called it a day with fried shoulders. Mixed in some handstands and a little walking as well. Fun stuff.
