There are no words to describe how I feel about this WOD! My legs were trembling after this WOD during Oly class!! Would have finished faster but got tripped up on the double unders in the last round....my legs were so tired! Did first 2 rounds of thrusters unbroken then 11/10 7/7/7 then 10/5/4/2 I should have stuck with 7's for the 5th round instead of doing a big set....shoulders were so done!!!
