Notes

Seriously had to talk myself through my thrusters, every time. Thinking about large sets put me back mentally, but I got through it. 7's were my smallest sets. Doubles were good. Just realized that we did this like 5 years ago. Just so happened to be 6 months after Isaac, did 15's and 15 lbs in 10 mins. Pretty cool to be this much stronger 6 months after Joseph.
